Our program at Trinity United Methodist Preschool is based on the characteristics, needs and abilities of the young child. Our objectives center around guiding the development of the whole child; socially, emotionally, intellectually, physically, and spiritually, while considering each child as unique and important. Our program is designed to provide a stimulating learning experience within a Christian environment. The teaching methods we use relate to the belief that the most meaningful learning experiences involve children in discovering, doing, and creating.

VPK

4 & 5 YEAR OLD'S

We are a certified Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) provider for the State of Florida. VPK is state-funded program, meaning there is no charge for your child to attend.


VPK is held five days per week, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

THREE YEARS & YOUNGER

We offer two-, three- and five-days per week programs for two and three year old children. The hours are 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. The monthly tuition schedule for these programs is:


  • $350/month for 5 days-per-week (Monday through Friday) 
  • $220/month for 3 days-per-week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday) 
  • $160/month for 2 days-per-week (Tuesday/Thursday) 


Children three years and older are expected to be toilet trained.

EARLY START

In an effort to better serve our busy families, we are offering an optional playtime before school. This is available on a daily basis for children ages 2 to 5, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. There are three ways to take advantage of Early Start:


1. Full Time: Start Early Everyday Space is guaranteed and the cost is $80 per month. 


2. Part Time: Pick one or more days a week and reserve a spot for the entire month. ($20 per day selected/per month.) 


3. Drop-in: Decide and pay by the day. Signing up at least 24 hours in advance is recommended. There will be a limited number of openings each day, and the cost is $7 per day.

Lunch Bunch

Lunch Bunch is an optional extended day, held five days a week from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Children ages 2 to 5 can attend Lunch Bunch. The children eat lunch and have time for free play. Parents send a healthy sack lunch with their child. There are three ways to take advantage of Lunch Bunch: 


1. Full Time: Stay everyday. Space is guaranteed and the cost is $100 per month. 


2. Part Time: Pick one or more days a week and reserve a spot for the entire month. ($25 per day selected/per month.) 


3. Drop-in: Decide and pay by the day. Signing up at least 24 hours in advance is recommended. There will be a limited number of openings each day, and the cost is $9 per day.

2026-2027 registration

Registration for the 2026–2027 Preschool year is officially open! Our preschool provides a nurturing, engaging environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. Spaces are limited, so we encourage families to register early to reserve a spot.


Please note that our 2026 - 2027 registration fee and tuition will be increasing slightly.

Frequently asked questions

  • How much parent involvement is there?

    Our desire is to serve the whole family. Parents are invited and encouraged to actively participate in their child’s preschool experience; both in our special events and day to day learning. Parent/Teacher conferences are scheduled twice a year and at additional times as requested by parents or teachers.

  • Do the children attend chapel?

    Yes, children attend a weekly Chapel Time. This includes singing Bible stories in the Trinity Sanctuary.

  • What type of snacks can I send with my child(ren)?

    We encourage snacks should be nutritious and easy to eat. Suggestions are provided upon request. Please provide a plastic cup for water. We are a nut-free school. 

  • Do you require physicals or immunization records?

    Yes, Doctor Florida State Licensing requires a current physical and shot record within 30 days of the first class day. Both must be on the proper forms available at all physician's offices

  • How do I pay tuition?

    All tuition payments are billed through Brightwheel. Payments can be made through the Preschool office such as cash, check, or card.
